Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a durable mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
